Fleeto in London is seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the drivers' first point of contact, handling inquiries and resolving issues from start to finish.

You will manage calls, emails and live chat, provide accurate information on PCO car hire and rent-to-buy services, assist with bookings, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat queries from customers and drivers.
• Provide accurate information about Fleeto’s PCO car hire and rent-to-buy services.
• Assist with booking requests, extensions, and contract-related questions.
• Resolve driver issues promptly while maintaining a professional tone.
• Liaise with internal departments to coordinate vehicle availability and maintenance.
• Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up on pending driver queries for timely resolution.
• Support onboarding of new drivers, including document checks and account setup.
• Collect and forward feedback to improve customer experience.
• Contribute to a positive, solution-focused team environment.
