Job summary

Juice Recruitment is supporting a long-term client in Chippenham to recruit a Downtime Controller. The role focuses on moving cases from start to finish, coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep work moving. You will identify delays and explore solutions in a busy office environment.

We welcome candidates with Fleet, Automotive, and Dealership experience. Outbound calling in a fast-paced setting is key, with progression opportunities and a supportive environment.

• Manage cases from start to finish with progress updates.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep work moving.
• Identify and resolve delays to achieve best outcomes.
• Explore alternative solutions when issues arise.
• Escalate technical or operational issues when required.
• Follow up on outstanding actions and approvals.
• Handle incoming calls and queries professionally.
• Keep accurate records and ensure information is up to date.
• Manage multiple priorities within agreed timescales.
• Ensure cases are completed and closed accurately.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and wider team projects.
