Job summary

Juice Recruitment is supporting a long-term client in Chippenham to recruit a Downtime Controller. The role focuses on moving cases from start to finish, coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep work moving. You will identify delays and explore solutions in a busy office environment.

We welcome candidates with Fleet, Automotive, and Dealership experience. Outbound calling in a fast-paced setting is key, with progression opportunities and a supportive environment.

• Escalate technical or operational issues when required.
• Follow up on outstanding actions and approvals.
• Handle incoming calls and queries professionally.

• Ensure cases are completed and closed accurately.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and wider team projects.

We would love to hear from candidates with Fleet, Automotive, and Dealership experience.

Key for this role is someone who can demonstrate outbound calling experience working in a busy office environment.

DAY TO DAY

• Managing cases from start to finish, ensuring progress is tracked and updates are provided.
• Coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep work moving.
• Identifying and resolving delays to achieve the best possible outcomes.

FOR YOU

• £28,000 per annum, rising to £28,500 after successful completion of probation
