Holman UK is hiring for a Vehicle Downtime Controller/Vehicle Repair Coordinator. You will join our Downtime Team, coordinating repairs across networks to minimize vehicle downtime and communicate progress to customers and stakeholders.

The role requires a proactive learner with the drive to contribute to a high-performance team in a dynamic, fast-paced automotive environment. The position is permanent with travel to our Chippenham HQ for the first six months, offering a salary of £28,000 per

Responsibilities

• Manage Vehicle Off Road Cases (VOR) with progression updates.
• Coordinate repairs across networks and drive faster resolutions.
• Reduce downtime by exploring alternative suppliers and parts.
• Escalate technical and performance issues with relevant teams.
• Manage manufacturer interactions, including back order parts and claims.
• Coordinate customer authorisations to keep repairs moving.
• Arrange vehicle movements when partners lack capacity.
• Handle VOR communications and provide clear progress updates.
• Close out VOR events and post-event follow ups.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
