Qualifications

• Experience in HR, employee experience, project management or service delivery.
• Understanding of workplace accessibility and disability inclusion.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage workplace adjustment requests and ensure a smooth process for employees.
• Coordinate the rollout of the service across multiple locations.
• Work with HR teams, managers and external suppliers.
• Manage communications, service information and reporting.
• Improve processes and promote disability inclusion across the organisation.
