Job summary

Expert Employment Limited is seeking a Disability Inclusion Manager. Based in Crawley on a permanent basis, the role oversees the rollout and ongoing delivery of a service that helps employees access workplace adjustments and disability support.

You will manage adjustment requests, coordinate across several sites, liaise with HR teams, line managers and external suppliers, handle communications and reporting, and drive disability inclusion across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR or employee experience and project management.
• Knowledge of workplace accessibility and disability inclusion.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage workplace adjustment requests and ensure a smooth process for employees.
