Scope is looking for an Accessibility and Disability Inclusion Specialist to integrate accessibility into every aspect of our work. You will act as the organisation's accessibility expert, support teams to craft accessible content and services, and lead training to embed inclusive practices.

You will build strong relationships to drive change across Scope. The role emphasises a social model of disability, collaboration, and delivering practical solutions, with the option for remote or hybrid

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience reviewing content, documents and services for accessibility.
• Experience designing and delivering engaging training and workshops.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain accessibility in plain English.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across teams.
