Job summary

Expert Employment Limited is seeking an Experienced Workplace Adjustments Lead to support an Enterprise Technology client with the international rollout within HR. The role focuses on providing fair workplace adjustments and promoting disability inclusion across locations.

You will work with HR, management, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure accessible, inclusive practices, maintain clear communications, and align with local requirements for disability inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability inclusion, workplace adjustments, accessibility or HR services.
• Understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion principles.
• Project management, stakeholder engagement and internal customer service track record.
• Experience within HR, talent acquisition or talent management environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and expansion of workplace adjustment services across international locations.
• Manage employee adjustment requests, ensuring efficient and consistent processes.
• Engage with HR, management teams, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Maintain service portals, FAQs, communications and support channels.
• Promote disability awareness, accessibility and inclusive workplace practices.
• Ensure alignment with disability inclusion best practices and local requirements.
