Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is recruiting Disability Assessors (WCA) for nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists. Roles offer a £50,000 starting salary with a bonus scheme, and a planned increase to £51,000 after 12 months.

Hybrid remote roles are available across the south of England with a Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm schedule. Sponsorship is not available for these roles and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in an adult setting.
• Active registration with NMC/HCPC is required.
• Strong communication and assessment skills essential.
• Typing and report-writing proficiency; good IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments via phone and face-to-face.
• Review medical evidence, health questionnaires and daily living activities.
• Compile detailed reports for DWP.
