Everpool Recruitment is partnering with a health and social care organisation to recruit Disability Assessors (WCA) in Hitchin, England. The role offers hybrid remote work with no weekends, bank holidays, or long shifts, and a starting salary of £50,000 with a generous bonus scheme.

You'll evaluate claimants' health and work capabilities by phone and in-person, review medical evidence, and produce detailed DWP reports after completing a 12-week training program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in an adult setting.
• Active registration for at least 1 year.
• Strong communication and assessment skills, with accurate report writing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments with claimants via phone and face-to-face.
• Review medical evidence and daily living information.
• Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
