Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists for Disability Assessor (WCA) roles in Slough. The position offers a £50,000 starting salary with a bonus scheme and extensive benefits, plus hybrid work options across the south of England.

A 12-week training program covers assessment techniques, DWP guidelines, and report writing. Hours are typically 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with part-time options after full-time training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year post-registration experience in an adult setting.
• Must have at least 1 year of active registration.
• Strong communication, assessment, typing/report-writing and IT skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments via phone and face-to-face.
• Review medical evidence, health questionnaires and daily living activities.
• Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
