Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking Hybrid-remote Functional Assessors (Nurses, OT, Physio, Paramedics, Pharmacists) in Fareham and across the south of England. Roles involve evaluating health/work capabilities, with no weekend work and a clear training path.

Salary ranges from £45,000 to £48,000 with a strong bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits; Monday–Friday 9:00–17:00. Sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year post-registration experience in a relevant adult healthcare setting.
• Must have at least 1 year of active registration.
• Strong communication and assessment skills, proficient typing/report-writing and good IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Assessments: evaluate claimants' health/work capabilities via phone and face-to-face.
• Review Evidence: analyze medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities.
• Compile Reports: produce detailed reports for the DWP.
