Responsibilities

• Grow our business by identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects into ADP clients and managing your pipeline.
• Engage prospects via social selling, networking, referrals, and outbound calls to address HR and Payroll challenges.
• Adopt a consultative sales approach, listening to client needs and educating on industry trends and opportunities.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations showing how ADP solutions deliver value.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Collaborate with Leadership and colleagues to run targeted campaigns and drive outreach.
