Job summary

VIQU is seeking a Digital Project Support Officer to assist in delivering NHS Wales digital projects from Cardiff. The role focuses on project administration, reporting and coordination, supporting Project Managers and project boards to keep milestones, budgets and quality on track.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or administering projects.
• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• Knowledge of project planning and monitoring.
• PRINCE2 training or willingness to attain.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience drafting reports and minutes.
• Ability to understand wider programme objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of digital projects.
• Provide admin support to Project Managers and boards.
• Monitor progress against milestones and objectives.
• Own designated project activities and track delivery.
• Prepare project reports, documents and meeting minutes.
• Facilitate project activities and effective communication.
• Help ensure time, cost and quality targets are met.
• Support wider programme objectives.
