Job summary

Halfords Group PLC is seeking a Digital Merchandiser to join the Services team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. Based at our Redditch Support Centre, you’ll help shape the online customer experience across Tyres, MOTs, Servicing and Repairs with a hands‑on merchandising and trading focus.

In a collaborative digital team, you’ll manage day‑to‑day content, ensure accuracy, and use performance data to identify opportunities to improve conversion. Hybrid working: 3 days on-site, 2 at home.

Qualifications

• Some experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, online trading or website content management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good analytical skills with confidence using data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn new skills.
• Experience in retail/eCommerce or customer-focused environment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management and merchandising of Services content across Halfords' digital platforms.
• Ensure product and service information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with the launch of new products and services online, including content updates and imagery.
• Monitor website performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and improve conversion.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, SEO and Customer Contact teams to support trading activity.
• Contribute to website testing, optimisation initiatives and digital projects.
• Maintain high standards across digital content and customer journeys.
