Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Digital Learning & Content Developer to design and build engaging digital learning experiences. You will work with SMEs to develop curricula, assessments, and facilitator resources using industry-standard authoring tools.

The role emphasizes instructional design, adult learning principles, and user-centered design to improve engagement and knowledge retention across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Learning Design or related discipline.
• Experience designing/d developing digital learning solutions using modern authoring tools.
• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions aligned with objectives and competency requirements.
• Create interactive eLearning modules using Storyline, Rise 360, and other tools.
• Develop curricula, assessments, and facilitator resources with learner support materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content and ensure accessibility.
