Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Digital Learning & Content Developer to design, develop, and maintain engaging digital learning solutions that support technical, compliance, leadership, and competency development.

You will work with SMEs, instructors, and stakeholders to translate complex information into engaging learning experiences using instructional design, multimedia, and modern authoring tools. A hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

Design and develop digital learning solutions
Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
Collaborate with SMEs, instructors and stakeholders
Ensure accessibility and QA of learning content
Package and deploy SCORM/xAPI content

Responsibilities

Designing and developing learning solutions aligned with objectives and priorities.
Creating interactive eLearning modules using Storyline and Rise 360.
Developing structured curricula, assessments, and facilitator resources.
Applying design thinking and user-centered practices to improve engagement.
Producing videos, animations, infographics, and web content.
Collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content.
Conducting QA, accessibility testing, and content validation.
Supporting LMS deployment and content maintenance.
