Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Digital Learning Designer to transform learning strategies into engaging, learner-centred digital experiences for frontline advisors and the Consumer & Shopper Engagement organisation.

You will combine e-learning development, multimedia production, graphic design and video creation to deliver learning solutions that improve capability and performance, while exploring AI-enabled tools to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Delivered e-learning solutions using Articulate 360 Suite.
• Managed learning management system administration, publishing, troubleshooting, and content deployment.
• Built multimedia learning assets through graphic design and video production.
• Applied instructional design principles and adult learning practices to digital learning programmes.
• Led multiple learning projects from concept through delivery.
• Partnered with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate requirements into learning solutions.

Responsibilities
