LEGO Group in Slough, UK is seeking a Digital Learning Designer to translate learning strategies into engaging digital experiences. You will blend Articulate 360 development, multimedia production, graphic design and video to support frontline advisors and the Consumer & Shopper Engagement team.

This hybrid role offers flexible work: 2 days remote, 3 days in the office. You will partner with SMEs, apply instructional design principles, and explore AI-enabled tools to improve learner outcomes

Qualifications

Delivered e-learning using Articulate 360 Suite.
Managed LMS administration, publishing, troubleshooting and deployment.
Created multimedia learning assets through graphic design and video production.
Applied instructional design principles and adult learning practices.

Responsibilities

Transform learning strategies into engaging digital experiences.
Develop e-learning using Articulate 360 and multimedia assets.
Collaborate with SMEs and learning partners to translate needs into solutions.
Explore emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to enhance outcomes.
Lead learning projects from concept through delivery.
