STADA UK Thornton & Ross is seeking a highly experienced Head of OTC (Director) to lead the CHC Marketing portfolio in the UK. You will own the Business Unit, directing strategy, growth, and profitability while collaborating with Sales, Supply, Regulatory and Global teams to drive major launches and portfolio evolution.

The role requires 10–15+ years in Consumer Health/FMCG, strong P&L ownership, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership style suitable for a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Senior marketing leader with end-to-end P&L responsibility in Consumer Health/FMCG.
• Proven ability to lead multi-brand portfolios and cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic and financial acumen with a track record of delivering growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Unit for STADA UK's Consumer Health portfolio.
• Set strategic direction, drive revenue, profit, and market share growth.
• Shape portfolio strategy and oversee major launches and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply, Regulatory, Digital and Global teams.
• Develop people and build high-performing teams across functions.
