Job summary

NHS Professionals seeks a Digital Project Support Officer to assist the Digital Delivery Manager across technical and digital transformation programmes. This NHS role supports project administration and coordination for the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS FT. The role is hybrid: 4 days per week from home and 1 day on site per week, with a Monday catch-up.

Pay is £14.52/hr plus holiday pay (£2.04) and Employer’s NI (£3.08), totaling £19.64/hr. Duration is 6 months.

Qualifications

• Ideally previous Project Support Officer experience or similar.
• Some knowledge of IT/Digital is beneficial.
• Experience supporting a Digital project management team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, coordination and delivery support to the Digital Delivery Manager across technical and digital transformation programmes.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain delivery documentation and governance records.
• Track actions, risks, issues and dependencies; support reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Regularly use Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint and Microsoft Copilot; demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.
