Job summary

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager on a 12-month secondment to drive multiple digital initiatives from initiation to delivery. You will oversee PIDs, detailed plans and RAID logs, coordinating clinical, operational and technical teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate diploma or equivalent in Digital Health/ Informatics
• Degree in IT/ health informatics/ business or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
• Evidence of CPD in project or change management

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle delivery of concurrent digital projects, on time, within budget and aligned to Trust objectives
• Produce project documentation including PIDs, detailed plans and RAID logs
• Build relationships with clinical, operational and technical teams, translating clinical needs into digital deliverables
• Facilitate process redesign, user adoption and new ways of working for long-term benefit realisation
• Provide strategic leadership for the implementation, integration and optimisation of digital projects across the organisation
• Work with senior leaders, digital specialists, suppliers and operational teams to ensure programme delivery and stakeholder engagement
