Job summary

NHS Jobs in London seeks an experienced digital channels manager to oversee website, email marketing and social media platforms. You will own the digital roadmap and collaborate with CRM and IT teams to align with business goals, accessibility, and security.

You will work with HealthCommsPlus and staff to promote best practices, provide analytics and training, and offer practical support across digital channels. Hybrid work with some office attendance is available.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management and strategic improvement of digital systems (website, email marketing and social media).
• Manages supplier relationships, overseeing technical support and ongoing development work.
• Acts as product owner for website, email marketing platform and social scheduling system.
• Maintains internal relationships with CRM and IT teams.
• Develops and implements a digital roadmap focusing on goals, user needs, accessibility and security.
• Oversees digital processes and policies, including out-of-hours incident arrangements.
• Supports staff to use digital channels through sharing best practice, analytics and training.
• Collaborates with the senior digital channels officer on technical support for systems.
• Works with the senior digital channels officer on regular evaluation and data analysis.
• Supports HealthCommsPlus development and client management as needed.
