Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Digital Programme Manager to lead major digital and business change programmes. You will define scope, plans and budgets, working with senior executives to set objectives and benefits. The role requires strong governance, risk management and cross‑functional leadership across internal and external delivery teams.

Base location is hybrid in Reading, with a 36‑hour work week. The candidate should bring cyber security programme experience and proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cyber security programmes or major projects in a large enterprise.
• Ability to translate cyber risks into business impacts and priorities.
• Experience with governance, audits, and assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of significant Digital and business change programmes across Thames Water.
• Define programme scope, delivery plans, budgets, milestones, resources and outcomes.
• Work with Executive Directors to set objectives, benefits and delivery expectations.
• Establish governance covering cost, schedule, dependencies, risks and decisions.
