Deltra Group is seeking a Cyber Security Programme Manager to lead a major transformation across cyber, digital and OT environments. The role focuses on providing structure, prioritisation and governance to a complex portfolio of initiatives, with oversight of risks, budgets and dependencies.
You will work with senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage suppliers and ensure regulatory actions are addressed, while leading a small team of project managers.
We are partnering with an organisation that provides essential water and wastewater services, supporting customers, communities and the environment. As part of the critical national infrastructure sector, it operates in a complex environment where service continuity, resilience and security are vital. Its focus is on strengthening its services for the future while meeting the challenges of today. In this role, you will contribute to improving the organisation's cyber security approach and helping it manage risk across a broad range of technology and operational environments. What the job entails As Cyber Security Programme Manager, you will lead and strengthen a significant cyber transformation programme, bringing structure, prioritisation and effective governance to a complex portfolio of initiatives. You will work across cyber, digital, operational technology and business teams, translating security risks into clear business impacts and decisions. You will establish and maintain programme plans, budgets, reporting and governance, with robust oversight of risks, issues, dependencies and change control. Working closely with senior stakeholders, including security leadership, you will align competing priorities, support informed decisions and keep delivery focused on the most critical risks and outcomes. You will also oversee suppliers and security partners, ensure that audit and regulatory actions are addressed, and lead a small team of project managers. The role calls for a pragmatic approach: strong enough to provide accountability and control, yet adaptable as cyber priorities evolve.
