Job summary

Thames Water is recruiting a Digital Programme Manager to lead large-scale digital and business change initiatives. You will partner with senior stakeholders, engineering, product teams, and suppliers to plan, govern, and deliver programmes that create measurable business value.

You will define scope, benefits, budgets, and governance structures, ensuring on-time delivery within cost and quality targets while aligning with the organisation’s digital strategy and risk framework.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital and business change programmes in a large enterprise.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies, risks and budgets up to £10m per annum.
• Strong communication with executive-level stakeholders and procurement activities.
