Job summary

FiND, in partnership with a Warrington-based training provider, is seeking a Development Coach with a background in B2B Sales. The role is office-based three days per week, with Mondays and Fridays working from home, delivering coaching entirely online and remotely.

You will mentor apprentices through their studies, provide timely feedback, and collaborate with learners' line managers to ensure meaningful work-based development and successful qualification progression.

Qualifications

• Experience and competence in B2B sales driving growth.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with practical feedback.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor apprentices through their learning journey with structured feedback.
• Collaborate with learners' line managers to support work-based development.
• Assess learner progress and evidence growth throughout the program.
• Attend client meetings and contribute to launch sessions and reviews.
• Maintain weekly KPIs and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
