Job summary

Activate Learning is seeking a Business Development Consultant to self-generate leads for our training courses and build a national pipeline of prospects. You will tailor bespoke training solutions, including commercial and apprenticeship offerings, and prepare proposals with the Head of Sales.

As part of a hybrid role, you will ensure service standards, hit KPIs, and identify cross-selling opportunities while travelling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial training target-driven environment.
• Track record in achieving excellent results in B2B training sales.
• Ability to write successful proposals and tenders.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate new leads and build a sales pipeline.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and tenders with the Head of Sales.
• Meet KPIs and develop productive client relationships.
• Regular client visits and travel as required.
