Realise UK is seeking an experienced bus driver with mentoring skills for a hybrid, Monday to Friday role. You will guide apprentices from enrolment through to end point assessment, delivering training across classroom, online, and on-bus settings.

Open to part-time applicants (3 days/week), with a pro rata salary of £18,600. Based at a depot with some home-working and a focus on developing learners in the transport sector.

Qualifications

• Significant bus driving experience with safe driving practices.
• Experience training, mentoring, or coaching others.

Responsabilités

• Deliver induction sessions and support apprentices from enrolment to end point assessment.
• Plan and deliver classroom, workshop, online, and practical training.
• Provide on-bus mentoring and coach safe driving behaviours.
• Liaise with employers to support learner attendance and performance.
• Maintain learner records and provide progress reviews.
