Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Apprentices throughout their studies.
• Provide structured feedback and evidence-based learning activities.
• Work with learners' line managers to support development.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and launch sessions.
• Regularly liaise with stakeholders and line managers to track progress.
• Ensure learners build a portfolio of evidence and meet weekly KPIs.
