Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking a Deputy Accommodation Manager to support high-quality accommodation services. Based in Luton, you will work with the Accommodation Manager to ensure safety, compliance and resident satisfaction on a hybrid basis, 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Maximise income by managing rent arrears and processing payments.
• Maintain occupancy via voids/allocations and local waiting list.
• Identify short-term letting opportunities to minimise long voids.
• Deliver sector-leading customer service and site inductions.
• Coordinate with surveying team to ensure repairs are delivered.
