Job summary

Spectrum Brands (UK) Limited is seeking an EMEA Demand Planner to own the end-to-end demand planning for assigned markets, developing forecasts from multiple data sources and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.

You will facilitate demand reviews, reflect promotions and launches, monitor forecast accuracy and bias, contribute to S&OP, budgeting and wider planning activities, and work in a hybrid setup (3 days on site, 2 days WFH) to support commercial goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a Demand Planning function.
• Experience contributing to S&OP processes.
• Experience with SAP planning systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP) is preferred.
• Strong data forecasting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand planning for assigned markets, categories and customers.
• Develop accurate statistical and collaborative forecasts from multiple data sources.
• Facilitate demand reviews with Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Align forecasts with commercial plans, supply constraints and budgeting.
• Monitor demand signals, forecast bias and drive continuous improvement.
