Haier Europe is seeking a Lead Demand Planner to play a pivotal role in the S&OP process across the UK & Ireland. You will manage and optimise the demand signal, support inventory strategy, and improve availability at both customer and regional distribution levels.

• Experience in demand planning/forecasting in FMCG/Consumer Electronics/Consumer Durables.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and supply-chain principles.
