Qualifications

  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience in planning.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in forecasting, reporting, and data visualisation tools, including Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and insights to support effective supply planning and customer fulfilment.
  • Analyse forecast performance, identify variances and demand trends, and implement corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Collect, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources, ensuring integrity of forecasting systems and reports.
  • Collaborate with Category Managers, Supply Planning teams, customer-facing functions, and other stakeholders to gather insights and build consensus forecasts.
  • Produce actionable reports and present demand insights to stakeholders while driving continuous improvement through automation and reporting efficiencies.
