Job summary

Revlon in London is seeking a Demand Planner to join the Supply Chain team and drive forecast accuracy, business performance, and customer service excellence.

You will create and execute robust demand plans, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to develop accurate short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts while providing insights to inform decisions across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain with at least 2 years in Demand Planning.
• Experience with forecasting/planning systems such as SAP, APO, Manugistics, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capability.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate monthly forecasts for up to 18 months.
• Maintain weekly short-term demand forecasts (2–3 months).
• Build consensus forecasts with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Use statistical forecasting models to improve reliability.
• Monitor Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and key KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
