Co-op Group in Manchester is seeking a Data Services Specialist to support data governance, data quality and reporting within the Data Management Team. The role splits time between home and the office, with hybrid working options and a focus on improving data visibility and controls.

The successful candidate will drive data quality initiatives, support SAP data transition, and provide insights to data owners while working in a risk-aware environment.

Qualificações

• Experience with data governance, risk and controls.
• Analytical thinking with ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and provide excellent service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to data owners and ensure timely delivery of high-quality information.
• Act as the subject matter expert for data governance and data quality requirements.
• Use triage processes to resolve data issues and feed fixes back to data owners.
• Develop data quality dashboards and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Carry out data reviews and audits across legacy and SAP systems.
