• Establish and embed governance in practice
• Support business areas with limited resource
• Ensure data supports digital transformation and AI initiatives
• Coordinate, coach, and deliver governance improvements
• Work with Data Owners and Data Stewards to implement governance in practice
• Improve data quality through practical actions
• Identify data issues blocking systems, design pragmatic solutions
• Embed governance into transformation and system change projects
• Define data ownership expectations, data quality standards, governance processes and policies
• Build KPI’s and metrics to track progress
• Engage and enable stakeholders across the organisation
• Identify and elevate data risks impacting transformation or compliance
