Job summary

DWF Law LLP in Manchester is seeking a Data Management Analyst to maintain supplier master data, ensure records are accurate and compliant with internal controls.

You'll work closely with Procurement and Finance to review supplier information, perform data quality checks and support continuous improvement of data governance.

This hybrid role requires three days in the Manchester office and offers the chance to develop specialist MDM expertise within a growing shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Master Data Management, Data Administration or similar data-focused role.
• Attention to detail with data quality and accuracy.
• Experience creating, maintaining and validating large volumes of data records.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and validate supplier master data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review supplier information and perform data quality checks.
• Engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders to validate critical information.
• Support ongoing improvement of data management processes and controls.
