Job summary

AXA is seeking a proactive Data Operations Support Analyst to join the Impact and Enablement team within the Data, Analytics and Intelligence Function. You will help drive operational excellence by managing project trackers, frameworks and reports that showcase the value we deliver.

You will collaborate with analysts to support reporting, stakeholder engagement and foster a data-literate culture, shaping our broader data strategy in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, validating, and maintaining high quality operational data reports.
• Support management of the Data Output Catalogue and integration with Collibra.
• Help develop processes and set up a SharePoint site for transparency and accessibility.
• Provide administrative support for frameworks like partnership packs and project trackers.
• Prepare materials and reports for meetings and updates.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to improve data storytelling and decisions.
• Support dashboards and reports to monitor data usage and KPIs.
• Help create case studies and success stories to demonstrate value.
