Job summary

Allegis Group Services, Inc. is seeking a Business Analytics Analyst I to support MSP, RPO and Procurement Solutions programs.

You will provide reporting and analytical support, leveraging Excel, PowerBI and other tools to deliver data-driven insights to program teams and clients. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple reports, and a collaborative approach with leads and managers.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas, dynamic charts).
• Proficiency with the reporting tools used by AGS programs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Aptitude for learning new technologies and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Compile, deliver, and track data for overall program performance and vendor performance daily to monthly.
• Provide written analysis of business issues using internal data sources and trends.
• Reconcile and manage data quality to resolve discrepancies.
• Administer program operation reports and produce corporate level reporting.
• Maintain program reporting catalogs, schedules, and documentation.
• Document reporting requirements and business rules for program delivery.
• Manage a mix of scheduled deliverables and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Collaborate with senior analysts/technical resources for more advanced solutions.
• Identify areas for process improvement and participate in expansions.
• Perform basic analyses of program data (trending, benchmarking).
• Seek opportunities to improve industry knowledge and analytic skills.
