AXA UK is seeking a proactive Data Operations Support Analyst to join the Impact and Enablement team within the Data, Analytics and Intelligence Function. You will help drive operational excellence by managing project trackers, frameworks, and reports that showcase the value we deliver.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, validating, and maintaining high quality operational data reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support the management of the Data Output Catalogue and collaborate with Data Governance on Collibra integration.
• Help develop and redesign processes and support setting up a SharePoint site for transparency.
• Provide administrative support for frameworks such as partnership packs, project trackers, and communications.
• Prepare materials, presentations, and reports for meetings, workshops, and internal updates.
• Glean stakeholder feedback to identify data needs and enhance data storytelling for business decisions.
• Support development of dashboards and reports to monitor data usage, impact, and KPIs.
• Assist in creating case studies and success stories to demonstrate team value.
