Job summary

Cadence Resourcing is seeking a Cyber Security Team Lead in Reading, with a hybrid arrangement requiring 2 days onsite per week. The role offers £60,000–£70,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.

You will build relationships with key stakeholders, lead cyber security strategy delivery, and champion new cyber security processes within the organisation. The ideal candidate has a strong cyber security background, familiarity with current legislation and compliance, and holds or is pursuing

Qualifications

• Demonstrable background in cyber security with knowledge of latest trends and compliance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the delivery of cyber security strategies across business areas.
• Bridge between cyber security team and wider business units.
• Champion new cyber security processes and rules, and report to senior leaders.
