Job summary

Cyber UK in London is seeking a Team Lead or Principal Consultant to build a cyber security desk into a full, scalable practice. You will lead business development, bring in your own clients, and shape the offering for security hiring across a growing footprint.

You will drive permanent and contract placements, work within a hybrid London office, and craft a proposition that resonates with fast-moving tech customers. A scrappy early stage is expected as you establish leadership and momentum.

Qualifications

• Around four or more years in cyber security or information security recruitment, permanent, contract or both.
• A track record of winning and growing your own client relationships, not just delivering on other people’s
• Either existing team leadership experience, or a strong Principal who is ready for it and wants a route in
• Comfortable operating across markets. UK, DACH or US experience is all useful
• Someone who is energised by building rather than inheriting, and who is fine with the early stage being scrappier than the later stage

Responsibilities

• This is a builder's seat. You will take a cyber desk that is nine to twelve months old and grow it into a proper practice.
• That means winning your own clients, delivering across permanent and contract, and shaping the proposition for security hiring inside a business that already knows how to sell complex technical talent.
