Actica Consulting Limited is seeking a Lead Cyber Security Consultant to join our Defence Cyber team in a hybrid UK role. You will lead cyber security professionals, work with Defence customers and industry partners, and shape secure digital capabilities that support UK defence outcomes.

You’ll guide strategy, risk, and architecture while mentoring colleagues and delivering high-impact security projects across diverse programmes. A collaborative mindset and proactive leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security, information security, technology, risk management or related field.
• Ability to lead workstreams, projects or teams in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support teams delivering cyber security services across Defence programmes and projects.

• Support design and delivery of secure systems, platforms and digital services.
• Apply Secure by Design principles throughout project lifecycles.
