Job summary

Cadence Resourcing is seeking a Cyber Security Team Lead in Reading, with a hybrid arrangement requiring 2 days onsite per week. The role offers £60,000–£70,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.

You will build relationships with key stakeholders, lead cyber security strategy delivery, and champion new cyber security processes within the organisation. The ideal candidate has a strong cyber security background, familiarity with current legislation and compliance, and holds or is pursuing

Cyber Security Team Lead

Reading - 2 days a week onsite

£60,000 - £70,000 per annum (plus Excellent Benefits)

My client are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Team Lead to join their team and act as a bridge between a dedicated cyber security team and wider areas of the business.

The postholder will be responsible for building relationships with key business stakeholders, leading on the delivery of cyber security strategies to the wider business areas and acting as a champion for new cyber security processes and rules.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrable background of working within the cyber security space with a good understanding of new trends, initiatives and latest cyber security legislation and compliance. A relevant certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC is highly desirable.

Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to positively influence technical and non-technical stakeholders, promote new initiatives and report to senior leaders within the organisation.

A weekly presence onsite is required.
