Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call centre experience required.
• Experience with inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Positive, proactive, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Financial services experience is a plus but not required.
