Job summary

Tate is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator in South Mimms, near Potters Bar. This full-time temporary role offers hybrid working after training with an immediate start, 37 hours per week, and £16.95 per hour. You’ll handle orders, enquiries, and records, collaborating to ensure top service delivery.

The role requires customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems. GDPR knowledge is desirable, and parking is free onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or sales support environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
