Job summary

Bluecrest Wellness is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for inbound/outbound engagement in a hybrid/remote, part-time role. The position offers £21,236.40 per annum plus benefits, with 30 hours per week. You will support customers across B2B, B2C and strategic partnerships, helping them maximise value while driving satisfaction and retention.

Experience in customer service or sales is welcome. Training at Worthing head office is required on day one.

• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
