• Help customers navigate renewals and ensure ongoing value from Cisco solutions.
• Explain licensing, subscriptions, and purchasing options clearly.
• Build strong relationships with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Cisco specialists, account managers, and business development teams to drive growth.
• Support training and knowledge-sharing across the Cisco business.
