Responsibilities

• Collaborate across digital channels to personalise interactions with customers.
• Enhance the bank's digital capabilities when current technology is not yet ready.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support internal stakeholders including sales, operations and risk management to meet client needs and ensure timely transactions.
• Support teams within the business operations function, including risk management, compliance and collections.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to customer care.
• Provide resolutions for customer queries/issues and personalise interactions across channels.
